Like most chefs, Susan Puleo-Inouye developed her passion for cooking and personal service when she was a young girl. Working alongside her mother and siblings in their home kitchen, they would spend numerous hours preparing food and the house for dinner parties up to forty people. At that time, she realized she had a strong desire to work with food and it was a natural fit to be in the kitchen. In 1995 she attended Johnson and Wales University to pursue a degree in culinary. While attending J&W she had an externship at the renowned Brown Palace Hotel in Denver. After graduating with honors in 1996, Susan was hired to work at a five star hotel in the fine dining and pastry departments. Her next advancement was becoming one of the sous chefs at Three Tomatoes Catering. There she learned a diversity of cuisines that have helped shape her extensive repertoire. Her love of cooking and impeccable service continues to grow with each service and event.
