Personal Chef Service

How the Personal Chef Service Works...

We'll spend about 30 minutes on the phone or meet in person to discuss your particular needs, dietary concerns and fill out a four page food questionnaire. Then Susan will submit a customized menu for your approval for the agreed upon cooking day. On the cooking day Susan will do the shopping and bring all the equipment needed to do the job. Without any work on your part, Susan will commandeer your kitchen then leave it looking as good (or better) than when arriving. When Susan leaves you will be left with healthful, nutritious, delectable meals...ready to enjoy!

Salmon with sesame orange ginger relish with steamed rice and steamed green beans and carrots
Chicken fajitas with pico de gallo, Spanish rice, refried beans, cheese, sour cream and green salad
Pork tenderloin with rosemary garlic pasta with marinara sauce and steamed vegetables
Cheese stuffed pasta shells with parmesan bread and green salad
Pan seared tilapia with steamed rice, sauteed vegetables and rolls
Honey mustard pork tenderloin with roasted new potatoes and steamed vegetables
Chicken and sausage gumbo with rice and salad
Sausage lasagna with salad and Italian bread
Crab cakes with lemon aioli with roasted new potatoes, steamed green beans and salad
Chicken teriyaki with steamed rice and edamame
Sage and rosemary grilled pork tenderloin with grilled vegetables, rolls and salad
